Kent Mountain Centre is run by a dedicated group of staff well qualified in either the domestic management or outdoor education fields (and in some cases both fields).
Visiting Staff Qualifications
If visiting staff are intending to lead parties for any activities, an appropriate level of competence must be demonstrated (usually the possession of the relevant National Governing Body Award).
